Because we believe that functionality, durability, and style need not be mutually exclusive, we created Merces, our line of everyday handbags. Made out of scratch proof oil tanned leather from Minnesota with durable English bridle leather straps.

We’re a fourth generation family business and all of our products are crafted by hand in our Portland workshop and retail store. We use only the highest quality, American-sourced leather and other sustainable materials. Our home is Oregon and our roots are in Oaxaca, Mexico, hence our name: Orox.
