    • Orders placed during the Black Friday Sales and Cyber Monday can be returned or exchanged until January 31.

    • All returns must be approved by our staff via email at Hello@oroxleather.com
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  4. Shipping and Delivery
    • Items purchased during Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales are subject to extended shipping times due to high demand.
    • Estimated shipping times for “pre-order” items are 2-3 weeks, with guaranteed delivery by Christmas for orders placed within the promotional period.
    • Orox Leather Co. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by external factors beyond our control, such as postal service disruptions or adverse weather conditions.
